The Future Work 4s project focuses on supporting digital transformation at higher education institutions, the transformation of a circular economy, a changing labour market, and societal challenges through a future-oriented gamified Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC).
The project will develop an innovative gamified MOOC Future Work 4s for the development of 4 transversal skills – digital, green, entrepreneurial, and social – that will equip students with the skills to be demanded in workforce and society in the future.
The gamification will integrate the content into an engaging learning environment, combined with interactive exercises and practical real-world challenges. It will be piloted with 300 students in the 4 partner countries. The impact analysis will be presented to key stakeholders to promote the MOOC throughout the education system.
The MOOC will be freely accessible in 5 languages by the end of 2027. It will incorporate digital competencies, green skills, entrepreneurial and social skills among students in all fields of study and lifelong learners, focusing on women and other vulnerable groups underrepresented in the professions of tomorrow.
