Summary:
The target group of the project are university teachers and Ph.D. students of pedagogy, psychology, didactic and anthropology.
The main aim of this project is to develop critical thinking and to strengthen professional competences of involved academic staff. Concretely, the didactic and diagnostic competences, multicultural, managerial and language skills in English of Czech, Kyrgyz and Moldovan teachers and Ph.D. students during international exchanges.
The sub-objectives of the project are:
- strengthening cooperation between five partner HE institutions on the basis of teacher exchanges, sharing examples of good practices in specific fields and innovative didactic methods and practices,
- improving the quality of teaching at partner universities through the integration of new experiences and knowledge into teaching at their home institution,
- enriching lessons in new international topics, so the students will have an opportunity to attend lectures and exercises led by foreign experts.
