The Institute of Education and Communication is a member of the European organization ENTER (European Network for learning and teaching in Agriculture and Rural Development) and an international association IAEVG (Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance).
ENTER brings together higher education institutions specialized in training of VET teachers and higher vocational schools in the field of agriculture, forestry and horticulture. The ENTER Executive Committee organizes the international conference "ENTER Study Days" every two years, summer schools for students from member universities, works on joint international projects (e. g. Erasmus+ KA2 ACROSS) and provides expert advice to schools and universities from new EU countries.
IAEVG has been a global actor in the field of lifelong guidance more than seventy years. It brings together prestigious universities and other organizations engaged in career guidance and sustainable approach in education. Among other things, it addresses diversity and social justice in education and work, promotes accessibility to high-quality guidance, and recommends a minimum qualification that all professional guidance practitioners should have.
Because the CZU is a member of the Euroleague for Life Sciences (ELLS), the IEC is responsible for the activities consisting of evaluation of the educational process at the University. The Deputy Director Ing. Karel Němejc, Ph.D., was nominated by the IEC to be a member of the Executive Committee of the Euroleague. He is also a member of Quality Assurance Support Team of ELLS.
