IVP Expands International Cooperation with an Uzbek University

In July 2026, the Institute of Education and Counselling welcomed a delegation of managerial board of the Tashkent Institute of Economics and Management (Republic of Uzbekistan). The goal of the meeting was to strengthen mutual cooperation, particularly in the area of international mobility for staff and students, and to open opportunities for joint research and project activities.

The Tashkent Institute of Economics and Management is one of Uzbekistan’s leading institutions focused on training future educators and providing career counselling. IVP presented its experience and expertise in these areas and offered opportunities to share this knowledge as part of future collaboration.

The meeting also laid the groundwork for future joint research focused on comparing educational systems in Europe and Central Asia. Both institutions also expressed interest in developing project-based cooperation and jointly seeking opportunities to participate in international educational and research initiatives.
