Development of Professional Competences of the Czech and Uzbek Academic Staff

Summary:
The target group of the project are university teachers of pedagogy, psychology, didactic of vocational subjects and practical training, career guidance, adult education and communication.
The main aim of this project is to develop professional competences of involved academic staff. Concretely, the didactic and diagnostic competences, multicultural, managerial and language skills in Russian or English of Uzbek and Czech teachers during international exchanges.
The sub-objectives of the project are:
- strengthening cooperation between three partner institutions on the basis of teacher exchanges, sharing examples of good practices in specific fields and innovative didactic methods and practices,
- improving the quality of teaching at partner universities through the integration of new experiences and knowledge into teaching at their home institution,
- enriching lessons in new international topics, so the students will have an opportunity to attend lectures and exercises led by foreign experts.
